Powershacks prepares all permit, design development, bid and construction documents. We prepare T-24 California Energy Compliance and basic structual, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings for permit. Depending on the complexity of the project and the need for consultants. We will coordinate structual mechanical & electrical consultants. If construction administration services are needed, we will gladly pre qualify bidders and administrate the bid process and construction of the project.
If the energy performance or alternative energy is a parameter, we prepare and apply for all necessary California Energy Commission and PGE rebates. Power Shacks is a supplier and installer for a number of manufactures of alternative energy products.
